Reserve your property 

The second step in the purchasing process is to reserve the property that you have selected. By reserving your property, you make sure that the property will be kept just for you for 30 days. To reserve an apartment, you may either fill-in the reservation form that can be downloaded here, or contact a Sales Advisor. 

After filling-in and sending the reservation form, you have five business days to pay a reservation deposit of the amount of EUR 1,000. In this way, the property you have selected will not be offered to other clients for 30 calendar days. Within this period, a sales contract shall be signed and the first installment for purchasing the property shall be paid by you.
